1. Overview



What The Etch? provides custom laser-crafted products including personalized photo puzzles and engraved items. All products are handmade to order.


By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.


 


2. Custom Orders & Personalization



Most of our products are made specifically for you using your submitted photos or design instructions.


Once production begins:


  • Orders cannot be canceled or modified
  • Custom items are non-refundable (see Refund Policy)



You are responsible for providing high-quality images and accurate customization details. What The Etch? is not liable for poor print or engraving results caused by low-resolution images or customer errors.


 


3. Intellectual Property & Customer Content



By submitting photos or designs, you confirm:


  • You own the rights to the content
  • You have permission to use any likeness shown



You grant What The Etch? permission to use your submitted content solely for production and quality purposes.


We may use finished products for promotional content unless you request otherwise.


 


4. Production & Processing Times



All items are handmade and require processing time before shipping.


Estimated production times are provided at checkout and may vary due to order volume or material availability.


We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 



5. Pricing & Payments



All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.


We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.


Payment must be completed before production begins.


 


6. Refunds & Returns

Summary:


  • Custom items are final sale
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours
  • Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days (if applicable)


 

 


7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders



If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:


Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.


Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.


 


8. Limitation of Liability



What The Etch? is not liable for:


  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss of data or content
  • Shipping delays beyond our control
  • Customer-provided image quality issues



Our maximum liability shall never exceed the purchase price of your order.

 



9. Safety & Product Use



Our products are decorative and not intended for children under 3 years of age.


Magnets and small parts may pose choking hazards.
