📌 Important Notes for Custom Requests:

-Please make sure your photo or design idea is large enough in size and resolution so it doesn’t blur when we engrave or print it.

-For best results, send clear, high-quality images (avoid dark, blurry, or cropped pictures).

-Your design must also fit within the working area of our laser — the Longer Ray5 (15.7 × 15.7 in).

-Keep in mind that smaller products (magnets, puzzles, signs etc.) can lose very fine details. Simple, bold designs and clear images look the best when engraved or cut.
